The president of the Kyocera Corporation visited our Mannheim plant.

Last week we were honoured to be visited by Hideo Tanimoto, President of KYOCERA Corporation. He took the opportunity to meet members of Kyocera’s management team in Europe and to learn about current activities and the future direction of the newly formed KYOCERA Fineceramics Europe GmbH.

During a plant tour at the Mannheim site, he was able to familiarise himself with the production potential for products made of technical ceramics. The tour was led by Armin Kayser, Executive Vice President of KYOCERA Fineceramics Europe GmbH. The President of KYOCERA Corporation also gained an insight into the forthcoming construction of an administration, production and logistics building. He was also informed about the further development of the two European production sites in Mannheim and Selb.
